Apartment Features

Many of our units feature exposed brick interior walls, wood columns and tall ceilings accented by original wood beams. These historic elements, combined with state-of-the-art interior finishes, new kitchen appliances and modern amenities result in apartments that are both functionally efficient and aesthetically pleasing. All of our apartment buildings feature large multi-paned windows which enhance interior spaciousness and allow for an abundance of natural light. Many of the units allow residents a panoramic view of Lake Michigan. All apartment units are conveniently located in the heart of the downtown. All buildings are handicapped accessible. The Henry Jung and Leverenz Apartments both offer one ADA handicapped accessible apartment. We offer low income housing on select apartments in the Leverenz Apartments.

National Registrar of Historic Place

Our three apartment buildings represent some of the earliest and most significant manufacturing facilities in Sheboygan County. Renovated by The Alexander Company, Inc., and listed on The National Register of Historic Places, these three apartment buildings were converted to apartments in 1992. All efforts were made to retain as many of the outstanding historic features as possible.

Background Checks

For the safety of our tenants, all interested renters are required to pass a criminal background check. In addition, a credit and income check is performed as well as contacting past landlords (if applicable).
